We all want our people to be healthy.

But where do we begin?

Getting healthier

  • Discovering Healthier

Through a free 90-minute consultation we’ll uncover where you are today relative to the values, vision, and purposes God has given you and your community. We’ll consider what it looks like for you to get healthier.

  • Becoming Healthier

In our three modules we’ll move your leadership team, group leaders, or entire community from healing to resting to flourishing.

  • Staying Healthier

After our discovering and becoming, we’ll put a coaching plan together to help you and your team chart a way forward; not just starting but staying healthy.

Meet Jason helveston

Through decades of experience—small and large churches, church plants and hundred-year-old congregations, as well as single location churches and multisite ministries—Jason will help create space and cultivate conversations that will help your team develop language and a plan for getting healthier.

THREE MODULES

Learning to Heal. Beginning to get healthier is about discovering the ways our community, leaders, and members need to heal. In the first module, we’ll learn to speak in the language of healing and shape ministries and programs that focus on healing.

Learning to Rest. Research suggests that sleep is one of the most transformative practices to nurture physical health. The same is true spiritual. In the next module, we’ll learn to rest.

Learning to Flourish. Once we’re on a road of healing and rest, we can embrace more fully what Jesus called the life that is truly life. In this final module, we’ll learn to flourish.

Why start with healthy?

It’s a fair question. We talk a lot about growing. We talk a lot about being faithful and biblical. All good things! But Jesus draws our attention to this idea of health in the Sermon on the Mount. He says, “a healthy tree bears good fruit” (Matthew 7:17).

The good life God desires for you and the ministry God has called you to … it all starts with healthy.
